I really like what you do…and find it very helpful…Can you do a video on how Buttons…..I have a hard time measuring the right amount of fabric..and placement of the buttons…by the time I’m almost finished…I run out of fabric because of the pleating…

Are you talking about diamond tufting? Most of the time I will lay the pattern out on the table first. If it has to be done free hand, some times you will have to lay in another piece of fabric to make it work.

Hello Craig,Yes I did mean to say diamond tufting,like on the old victorian Sofa’s…Maybe if you have time you can do a video…I am a beginner upholster and need all the help I can get…This is something I always wanted to do,and your videos have inspired me to start…

I need your help I have this couch it’s new but in the middle the thread got loose,and I tried to sew together but every time we seat on it, i see the thread getting loose again,if I send a picture of the couch will you help with a better technique to sew it together ,please!! thanks for ur time.

im a professional upholsterer for 25yrs and dont see much wrong with this method.there are more ways than one to skin a cat,many people have different ways of doing this and most turn out ok……….thats my 2 pence worth,well done.
